  Love these guys, and love the food.
  
  Just order the Chicken Cutlet Sandwich, side of sauce for dipping, and stop trying to find something else on the menu that is better. Trust me, i have done it, every other time i come i try something else (other than cutlet sandwich) and its good but not AS good. So stop messin' around, you owe it to yourself say it with me Chicken Cutlet Sandwich. Should be on your list of top $10 lunches in the Henderson area.

  My doctor is taking so long that I had time to leave, get a sandwich, eat it, and come back. So I yelped and found Fanny's.
  
  This place is exactly what it says it is. A small shop with a deli counter, stocked with Boar's Head, that also supposedly makes good quiche and pasta. I went simple and got the club, add sprouts. The lady (Fanny? I'll call her Fanny from here on out) was so sweet, obviously takes pride in the place. She told me the history of the wall and ended up bringing me a little brownie sample. It was sooooo chocolatey. I'll buy a full one next time.
  
  The sandwich was simple and good. Exactly what it's supposed to be. All the fillings got almost all the way to the edge, so there were very few bites that were just crust and meat. The potato salad was filled with lots of good stuff. I might add some mustard next time for personal preference. Or try the pasta salad, which also looked good.
  
  I don't know. This place isn't a spectacle or anything. It is what it is. I liked it. The people were nice, it felt super comfortable, you get exactly what you ask for. That's all I really want from a sandwich shop. That old time feel with quality ingredients. Good job, Fanny's.

  Just found this place today. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Had the sausage and pepper sandwich, side of pasta and potato salad. Both are tasty, I prefer the pasta salad. Waitress is on point. Cant wait to the rest of the menu.

  This place continues to be amazing! I come here everytime Im on this side of town. Their chicken cutlet sandwhich is one of my top 3 favorite sandwiches. Food is always fresh, place is spotless, great prices and service is excellent. A must try. Still, highly recommend.

  Best caterers ever! Planned and executed a perfect menu for close to 200 guests. All the guests raved about the food (especially the meatballs!)! The service was incredible and as well as personal. Service and bussing was very efficient. In a three hour event, I don't recall seeing a dirty dish anywhere. This was a memorial service; Michael, Nick, and the staff at Fanny's Bistro managed the entire process seamlessly.  We will be eternally grateful to them.
